Livin' High and Takin' it Easy

What I like best about Casa Buenavista is that it is at the end of Rizal street, so it’s very accessible, and right by the beach! But it can also get really noisy because this is a very busy street and a very busy part of the beach too. Boats come and go all the time. It is right next door to Marber’s Restaurant and Aplaya Bar and Restaurant, which are both good places to eat and drink at.

Casa Buenavista itself is located on the second floor so one has to go up the stairs, to a balcony with a beautiful view, and in the reception area.

Casa Buenavista only has 4 rooms, all equipped with fans & airconditioning as well as hot & cold shower. 2 rooms have private bathrooms while 2 rooms share a bathroom.

The rates, based on 2 people, are as follows:

Rooms 3 (2 single beds) and 4 (1 double bed), shared bathroom: Php900/night
Room 1 (1 double bed and 2 single beds): Php1,300/night
Room 2 (1 double bed): Php1,100/night

When I was there, all the other rooms were occupied, except Room 1.

Room 1 has a window that directly looks out into the balcony.

This is what you will see if you look out the window on a clear, sunny day.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate but coffee, tea and mineral water are. The room rates are also for fan use only and if you want to use the airconditioners, add Php200.
